FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS WELCOMED AT THE FACULTY OF ENGLISH LANGUAGE NO. 3

A welcome ceremony was held at the Faculty of English Language No. 3 of Uzbekistan State World Languages University for first-year students admitted to study in the 2026/2027 academic year.

The event was attended by University Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov and Dean of the Faculty of English Language No. 3 Ilhom Khaydarov, who warmly congratulated the new students on joining the university community.

During the meeting, the Rector congratulated the young people on embarking on a new stage of their lives and offered recommendations on mastering foreign languages thoroughly, developing modern knowledge and skills, continuously working on self-improvement, and making effective use of the opportunities provided by the university.

The Dean of the Faculty, in turn, provided students with information about the educational process, the conditions created at the faculty, and the opportunities available to students.

The first-year students were also introduced to the university’s internal regulations, the educational process, and important aspects of student life.

During the event, certificates of appreciation were presented to first-year students who had been admitted to the university with the highest scores.

 First Lesson of the “Future Hour”

As part of the first topic of the “Future Hour,” students attended a session on the theme “Together as One Homeland and One People, We Will Create a New Life and Future!”

The session placed particular emphasis on strengthening young people’s sense of patriotism, fostering an active civic position, understanding the essence and significance of independence, and setting goals for the future.
