“Ideas Marathon” – Broad Public Discussion of State Program Drafts
In accordance with the instruction of the Head of the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Faculty of International Journalism organized a broad public discussion of draft reform programs in priority areas and the draft Presidential Decree on the State Program for the implementation of the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy within the framework of the “Year of Mahalla Development and Public Welfare.”
As part of this discussion, the Faculty held an “Ideas Marathon” under the leadership of Elyor Zoirovich Makhammadiyev and Matluba Abdullayevna Abdullayeva. The main purpose of the event was to improve state program drafts by taking public opinion into account and to hear feedback from various segments of society.
During the event, the following areas were discussed:

reforms aimed at developing mahallas and improving living conditions;

projects focused on the social and cultural development of society;

priority tasks in implementing the “Uzbekistan – 2030” Strategy;

proposals and recommendations for improving state program drafts.
The “Ideas Marathon” is not only a platform for considering public opinion, but also an opportunity to engage young people in active participation in state policy and to contribute to the country’s development strategy.
