II Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Uzbekistan-Tajikistan.

On April 15, the 2nd forum of rectors of higher educational institutions of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan, organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, started its work at the Tashkent State University of Economics.

Currently, the rector of UzSWLU Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov is also participating in this forum.

A delegation of about 30 rectors of prestigious higher education institutions, led by the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan Rahim Saidzoda, and more than 50 higher education institutions from Uzbekistan visited the conference entitled "2030: Priority directions for the development of higher education and science in Uzbekistan and Tajikistan". Heads of institutions, heads of ministries and agencies are participating.

More than 50 memorandums of understanding, agreements and road maps are expected to be signed at the end of the forum.
