On May 7, an international scientific and practical conference on "Current issues of World Literature and Comparative Literary Studies" was held at UzSWLU.
Within the framework of the International Conference, the study of masterpieces of World Literature, the literary process of the East and West, the comparative interpretation of Uzbek and world literature, the issues of interpreting were discussed.
Representatives from other state partner universities also attended the scientific conference. The aim of the International Conference is to strengthen the cooperation of Uzbek and world literature figures, to further expand friendship and cultural ties with Turkic peoples.
