International conference

International scientific and practical conference on “Mediacommunication: language policy and culture” was held by the Department of linguistic provision of Intercultural Communication, Faculty of nternational journalism of UzSWLU, .

At the beginning of the event, rector of the University Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, vice-rector for Scientific Affairs and Innovation Otabek Yusupov spoke about the recognition of the issue of National Content, Uzbek language at the level of Public Policy.

In conference:
* The role of print and electronic media in the creation of media
* Sociolinguistic and linguistic approaches to medialinguistics education
* Language development issues
• Modern areas of linguistic research: current issues and perspectives
• Issues of innovative technologies were considered in foreign language education.

Professors and experts from Uzbekistan, Russia, Poland, India and other countries took part in the conference.
