International Cooperation

The official opening ceremony of the Third Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan was held.

The event was attended by the Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan K. Sharipov, the Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan Saidzoda Rahim Hamro, responsible representatives of the ministries, as well as senior officials of higher education institutions from Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.

The forum was opened with a welcoming speech by the Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tajikistan Abdulxoliqzoda Lutfia. Following this, the national anthems of the Republic of Tajikistan and the Republic of Uzbekistan were performed.

In their speeches, the ministers of education highlighted the effective cooperation between the two countries in the field of education and spoke about the priority goals and strategies planned for the future.
