International Scientific and Practical Conference Held

On March 25, 2026, Uzbekistan State World Languages University hosted an international scientific and practical conference titled “The Global Significance of Ensuring Human Rights in a Social State and Modern Approaches.”

During the event, the Rector of the university, Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences and Professor Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, welcomed the participants and officially opened the conference. The conference brought together leading scholars, experts in politics and law, faculty members, doctoral candidates, students, and international experts from both Uzbekistan and abroad.

Among the keynote speakers were:
• Chairman of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Uzbekistan — Mirzo-Ulugbek Abdusalomov,
• Director of the Institute of State and Law of the Academy of Sciences of Uzbekistan — Murodjon Turgunov,
• Uzbek statesman and public figure, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor — Narzulla Jurayev,
• Deputies of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis — Toychibek Yakubov and Yulduzoy Mamadiyorova,
• Professor at Karshi University of Information Technologies and Management, Turkish scholar — Beykhan Shan,
• Professor at the Advanced Training Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Uzbekistan — Farxod Khatamov,
• Professor at the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan — Manzura Raupova,
• Professor of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, Doctor of Philosophy — Sunnatillo Mavlonovich Rakhmonov,
as well as other leading specialists.

Within the framework of the conference, participants discussed the theoretical and practical foundations of ensuring human rights in a social state, global experiences, and modern approaches. Students and young researchers also had the opportunity to ask questions and gain new scientific knowledge.

The event served as an important platform for fostering scientific cooperation, studying international and national experiences, and exchanging views among experts in the field.
