On December 9, 2025, an extended international webinar titled “Research innovations across pedagogy, linguistic and cultural studies” was held at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages with the participation of the Faculty of English Language 2, the Department of Theoretical Aspects of English Language 2, Urgench State University, and Gunadarma University of Indonesia.

The event was attended not only by the department’s academically qualified professors and teachers, but also by the Dean of the Faculty of English Language 2, Mr. Zakir Mehrikulovich Bazarov. Together, they discussed postgraduate education in foreign and Uzbek contexts, as well as issues related to obtaining academic degrees. During the webinar, partner universities provided detailed information regarding earning academic degrees abroad and the requirements for scientific research.

Such events play an important role in enhancing the scientific potential of our faculty members and students, as well as strengthening the academic environment based on international cooperation.
