Issues of Effective Organization of the 2026/2027 Admission Campaign Discussed

On July 7, 2026, an online meeting was held via the ZOOM platform with the participation of A. Mamanazarov, Head of Department at the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and members of the Admission Committee of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University. The meeting focused on ensuring the high-quality organization of admissions to undergraduate and graduate (master’s) programs for the 2026/2027 academic year.

During the meeting, key issues were discussed regarding the organization of the admission process in accordance with current regulatory and legal documents, ensuring transparency, openness, and fairness, creating favorable conditions for applicants, and clarifying the duties and responsibilities of staff members involved in the admission campaign.

Relevant instructions were also provided on organizing admissions to master’s degree programs, conducting professional (creative) examinations in accordance with established procedures and criteria, admissions for second-specialty programs, enrollment of graduates who have successfully completed technical colleges, acceptance of national and international certificates, and implementation of student transfer procedures in accordance with established regulations.

The discussions particularly emphasized the importance of ensuring the effective organization of admissions, further improving the system for handling inquiries and appeals, strictly adhering to established deadlines, and maintaining the principles of transparency and fairness at all stages of the admission process.

At the conclusion of the meeting, university staff responsible for admission procedures were instructed to perform their duties conscientiously and responsibly, thoroughly prepare for admission activities, strictly comply with all established procedures, prevent potential problem situations, and provide prompt and high-quality information services to applicants and their parents.
