Job Fair Held at the Faculty of Russian Philology of UzSWLU
On June 4, a job fair for graduating students was organized at the Faculty of Russian Philology of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU). The event aimed to support student employment, assist in job placement, and create favorable conditions for successful integration into the labor market.
The fair was opened by the University Rector, I.M. Tuxtasinov, who emphasized the importance of supporting young professionals, realizing their career potential, and ensuring a strong connection between theoretical knowledge and practical skills.

The event was attended by representatives of general education schools and non-state educational institutions, who provided information about available job vacancies and employment opportunities for graduates. In particular, representatives from School No. 3 of Zangiota district, School No. 167 of Shaykhantakhur district, Schools No. 161 and No. 151 of Yashnabad district, School No. 187 of Mirzo Ulugbek district, School No. 178 of Chilanzar district, School No. 32 of Yangihayot district, School No. 274 of Yunusabad district, School No. 159 of Almazar district, as well as the private educational institution Thompson School, actively participated in the event.
During the fair, graduates had the opportunity to directly communicate with employers, obtain detailed information about job vacancies in their fields, working conditions, recruitment procedures, and career development prospects.
Participants also explored offers from educational institutions and received guidance for their future professional activities. The fair served as an effective platform for establishing cooperation between graduates and employers.

At the conclusion of the event, preliminary employment agreements were reached between several graduates and representatives of educational institutions. This initiative played an important role in ensuring youth employment, facilitating their integration into the labor market, and strengthening cooperation between educational institutions and employers.
