Life of Uzbek Students Abroad
Our students, who graduated from the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages and are currently studying at Warwick University (QS top-69), are showcasing their knowledge, talents, and potential among foreign professors and international students in the field of scientific and social activities.
Specifically:
-
Uzbekistan–UK Education Forum (May 15-16, London), where our students participated and had the opportunity to exchange ideas about the education systems of Uzbekistan and the UK, as well as international cooperation.
-
In the UK, students have been promoting Uzbek culture for the past 5 years by participating in events like the "Uzbek Culture and Food Festival" (June 21-22, 2025, London). During this event, they actively engaged in volunteer work, showcasing Uzbekistan’s national traditions, cuisine, and traditional clothing.
-
"Uzbek Culture Day" was organized at Warwick University by Uzbek students, where traditional performances, national dishes, and the richness of Uzbek culture and values were highlighted.
-
Our students also participated in a number of diplomatic and social events at the Uzbekistan Embassy in the UK, where they were awarded honorary certificates.

Currently, students are also involved in scientific activities:
-
They are conducting research under the "NETRUZ" project (https://netruz-project.blogspot.com/2025/07/netruz-teacher-research-and-mentor.html), with results to be published in academic papers.
-
Their research includes contemporary topics such as CLT (Communicative Language Teaching), perceptions of AI among English language teachers in higher education, Learner Autonomy, and English Medium Instruction. These studies were successfully defended, and the research was completed with distinction.
-
On November 17, the "The Global Excellence event" was held at Warwick University, where over 500 students who won international grants and scholarships actively participated in discussions about opportunities in their respective countries. At the end of the event, they were awarded certificates and commemorative gifts.
