Meeting

On January 31 of this year, Rector I. Tukhtasinov met with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Uzbekistan Mr. Ahmed Farooq and Assistant Ambassador Mr. Muhammad Ramzan.

During the conversation, the parties discussed the issues of establishing and developing cooperation between the universities of the two countries, establishing Urdu language teaching at UzSWLU, expanding the Urdu language center, and implementing the exchange of students, teachers and researchers.

I. Tukhtasinov assured that he is ready to create all conditions for Pakistani youth to study at bachelor's, master's and doctorate courses, come to summer schools and familiarize with the Uzbek language, culture and customs.
