Under the guidance of Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, 1st Vice-Rector for Spiritual and Educational Affairs V. Sadiyev, and Trade Union Committee Chairperson D. Matyokubov, Uzbekistan State World Languages University commemorated the Day of Remembrance and Appreciation for the university's veterans.

The event commenced with E. Kongirtov, the leader of the Youth Union of UzSWLU, bestowing "Sharaf" ribbons upon the participants of the ceremony.

Following this, Rector Tukhtasinov conveyed heartfelt wishes to the veterans and presented them with gifts and congratulatory letters from the Trade Union Committee.
