2026-07-14 01-31 Meeting Held at UzSWLU with Representative of the Delegation of the European Union to Uzbekistan
On July 10, a meeting was held at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages (UzSWLU) with Ms. Michaela Zelenanska, Political Affairs Officer at the Delegation of the European Union to Uzbekistan.
The meeting was attended by Ilxomjon Tuxtasinov, Rector of UzSWLU, A. Nasirov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation, and Kh. Yo‘ldashev, Head of the International Cooperation Department.
During the meeting, the parties discussed organizational and financial issues related to the high-level preparation and implementation of European Day of Languages at the university. They also exchanged views on engaging representatives of diplomatic missions, international organizations, and higher education institutions expected to participate in the event.
At the conclusion of the meeting, both sides expressed their readiness to continue cooperation aimed at further developing mutually beneficial partnerships, implementing joint cultural and educational initiatives, and strengthening cooperation in the field of education.
