2026-09-16 02-12 MEETING OF THE RECTOR WITH YOUNG PEOPLE
Today, a meeting titled “Rector and Youth” was held at Uzbekistan State University of World Languages with the participation of students of the Faculty of English Language No. 1.
During the meeting, the Rector of the University, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, informed the students about the university’s activities, educational programmes, opportunities being created, as well as projects being implemented for young people. He also encouraged students to actively participate in university life and make effective use of the opportunities provided.
Yusufjon Radjaboyevich Azzamov, Dean of the Faculty of English Language No. 1, also addressed the meeting and provided information about the faculty’s activities, the educational process, the conditions created for students, and the work being carried out at the faculty.
In turn, the students expressed their satisfaction with being students of Uzbekistan State University of World Languages and shared their views on the factors that led them to choose this particular university, as well as on the educational process and opportunities available at the university. They also put forward their suggestions and expressed their expectations and wishes regarding the opportunities they would like to see at the university.
The meeting was held in an open and constructive dialogue format, during which the students received answers to their questions.
