Meeting with Intern Teachers from Italy Held at UzSWLU

On September 25, 2025, the Uzbekistan State World Languages University hosted a meeting with intern teachers from Italy — Virginia Ghezzi and Margherita Tedoldi, master’s students from the University for Foreigners of Perugia.

The meeting was attended by University Rector I.M. Tuxtasinov, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation A. Nasirov, Dean of the Faculty of Translation Studies U. Yuldoshev, and Head of the Department of Italian Language Theory and Practice B. Ergasheva.

During the discussion, participants reviewed the conditions provided at the university and student dormitories, the process of learning Italian among students, as well as issues and suggestions raised by the intern teachers.

The interns expressed their satisfaction with the enthusiasm of Uzbek students, noting that during lessons, students show great interest not only in learning the Italian language but also in exploring Italian culture more deeply.
