“Minister’s Cup” Field Hockey Tournament Concluded at O‘zDJTU

After the final matches, the official results of the competition were announced.

In intense matches, the women’s team of students from O‘zbekiston State University of World Languages (O‘zDJTU) claimed 1st place, becoming the winners of the “Minister’s Cup.”

2nd place went to Andijan State University of Foreign Languages, and 3rd place to Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute.

At the award ceremony, winners and prize-winners received cash prizes and awards:

• 1st place: 50 million soums and the “Minister’s Cup”
• 2nd place: 40 million soums and certificates
• 3rd place: 30 million soums and certificates

Awards were presented by Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Qo‘ng‘irotboy Sharipov, O‘zDJTU Rector Ilxomjon Tuxtasinov, and Vice-President of the Field Hockey Federation Ahmadulin Rinat Galimjanovich.

The tournament was held at a high level, strengthening female students’ interest in sports and fostering a competitive spirit.
