This year, the Uzbekistan State World Languages University launched the activities of “Foreign Language Development and Teaching Centers” in several secondary schools across Tashkent city.

At one of these schools — Secondary School No. 104 in the Sergeli district — Gulmira Juraboyeva, a lecturer from the Department of “English Language Teaching Methodology No.1” of the English Language Faculty No.1, conducted the next training session.

During the session, students attended an English lesson based on a designated topic. In addition, various Q&A activities were organized to improve students’ speaking skills.

The lesson was held in an enthusiastic atmosphere, and students showed great interest in the classes. This has become an important incentive for further expanding and developing the activities of the center.
