On December 9, the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages held another Extended Department Scientific Discussion.

At the scientific seminar, the dissertation of researcher Turakulova Dilafruz Mamatsoli qizi titled “Linguocultural Features of Epistemic Modality in English and Uzbek Languages”, submitted for the PhD degree in Philology in the specialty 10.00.06 – Comparative Literary Studies, Contrastive Linguistics, and Translation Studies, was discussed.

During the seminar, the researcher presented the results of the studies conducted within the topic, spoke about the novelty of the research, and provided well-reasoned answers to the questions raised by the seminar members.

The discussion concluded successfully and was recommended for the next stage.
