On February 23, the next session of the English language club was held at Secondary School No. 283.
The lesson was conducted under the supervision of S. Mannonova, a lecturer of the Department of Theoretical English Disciplines at the Faculty of English Philology of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University, together with fourth-year students S. Boynazarova and N. Rustamova.

The session was devoted to the topic “Mental Health and Relaxation.” During the lesson, the students:
-
learned new vocabulary and expressions related to mental health and relaxation techniques;
-
exchanged ideas in English about ways to reduce stress;
-
developed their reading and listening comprehension skills;
-
expressed their views on the importance of mental well-being in everyday life.
In addition, the grammar topic “Past Simple (Irregular Verbs)” was explained. The students revised the past forms of irregular verbs through practical exercises (for example: go–went, have–had, see–saw, feel–felt). These verbs were used in topic-related sentences and integrated into communicative activities.
