On May 31, 2025, the second day of the international scientific-practical conference titled "Modern Environmental Policy: From National Experience to Global Solutions" was held at UzSWLU.

The conference was organized at the initiative of the university's Department of Political Sciences, where national and international experiences in combating environmental issues, innovative approaches, principles of sustainable development, and prospects for international cooperation were thoroughly analyzed. The event saw active participation from researchers, as well as students studying international relations, political science, and sociology. They presented the results of their scientific research and exchanged views on the pressing aspects of modern environmental policy.

During the conference, important proposals and recommendations were put forward to improve environmental literacy, enhance youth participation in environmental protection, and develop ecological thinking. At the conclusion of the event, active students and professionals were awarded certificates and letters of appreciation.

The international scientific-practical conference served as a vital academic platform to strengthen scientific cooperation in the field of modern environmental policy, foster youth awareness of ecological issues, and propose national solutions to global challenges.
