OPEN LECTURE ON CULTURAL DIPLOMACY HELD FOR STUDENTS OF INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS
On September 17, an open lecture on cultural diplomacy was held at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages (UzSWLU) for students of the International Relations programme at the Faculty of International Journalism, with the participation of Muhammad Hassan, President of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO) Cultural Institute and Ambassador-at-Large.

The event served as a practical manifestation of cooperation under the Memorandum of Understanding signed between UzSWLU and the ECO Cultural Institute.
During the open lecture, students were introduced to the role of cultural diplomacy in international relations, the development of cultural ties between countries and peoples, and the importance of promoting national culture and cultural heritage at the international level.
Ambassador-at-Large Muhammad Hassan spoke to the students about cultural cooperation among ECO member states, as well as projects being implemented in the fields of language, literature and the arts.

The meeting also provided an opportunity for students to ask questions of interest to them and exchange views on issues related to international diplomacy and intercultural dialogue.
