Open Lesson: “How to Write a Line Graph”

An 80-minute open lesson at the B2 level on the topic “How to Write a Line Graph” was conducted for 11th-grade students of Secondary School No. 203 in Uchtepa district, Tashkent city, by Madina Jamshid qizi Mirjalilova, a teacher of the Department of Linguistics and English Literature at the Faculty of International Journalism, and Maxbuba Bardi qizi Yusupova, a second-year master’s student in the Foreign Language program.

During the lesson, the students were taught how to properly analyze a line graph, identify the main trends, and express them in written English. Practical activities were also carried out on important expressions, linking words, and grammatical structures used in describing graphs.

Throughout the event, the students demonstrated a high level of engagement, completed the assigned tasks with interest, and had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and skills on the topic.
