Practical Meeting Held at UzSWLU Within the “Step into the Future” Program for Graduates
At the Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU), systematic efforts continue to implement the tasks outlined in Presidential Decree No. PQ-61, as well as to ensure graduate employment and prepare students for professional careers.
On June 4, 2026, at the initiative of the UzSWLU Career Center, a practical meeting was organized within the framework of the “Step into the Future” program for graduating students of the Faculty of English Language 2.
The event was opened by the Deputy Dean of the faculty, Z. Abdusamatov, who emphasized the importance of effectively utilizing available opportunities for developing students’ professional potential, acquiring modern skills, engaging in self-employment, and launching entrepreneurial activities.
The meeting was attended by I. S. Yakubov, Head of the Uchtepa Customer Service Center of the National Bank of Uzbekistan, and B. P. Aralov, Manager of the “Step into the Future” project, who provided students with information on starting entrepreneurial activities, developing business ideas, efficiently managing financial resources, and obtaining preferential loans.
During the seminar, participants received detailed information on:
- mechanisms for supporting youth entrepreneurship;
- modern skills in high demand on the labor market;
- opportunities for implementing small business projects;
- freelancing and remote work;
- preferential loans and financial support programs.
At the end of the event, students addressed experts with their questions and received practical recommendations on starting a business, creating additional income sources, and organizing independent professional activity.
This meeting became an important step in preparing graduates for successful entry into the labor market, developing entrepreneurial skills, and gaining practical experience and knowledge for their future careers.
