2026-06-10 12-12 Preparatory Meeting Held Ahead of the Official Visit of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University Delegation to Spain
In accordance with the letter of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 01/12-4003 dated June 4, 2026, a preparatory meeting was held at Uzbekistan State World Languages University to ensure the effective participation of the university delegation in the First Forum of Rectors of Higher Education Institutions of Spain and Uzbekistan, which will take place in Madrid and Barcelona, Kingdom of Spain.
The meeting was chaired by Rector Ilkhomjon Tuxtasinov. During the meeting, participants thoroughly discussed issues related to the effective organization of the delegation’s participation in the forum, expansion of international cooperation, preparation of presentation materials, coordination of meeting schedules, as well as organizational and logistical matters.
Specific tasks were also defined to ensure the effective implementation of scheduled meetings and agreements within the framework of the forum.
At the conclusion of the meeting, all preparatory processes ahead of the delegation’s official visit were reviewed, and final instructions were given to ensure the timely and high-quality execution of the assigned tasks.
