On December 16, employees of the Uchtepa District Emergency Situations Department visited the Faculty of Oriental Philology of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University. The meeting was opened by the Dean of the Faculty, Dilshod Djurayev.

The main purpose of the visit was to prevent emergency situations among students and to enhance the culture of compliance with safety regulations. During the visit, specialists held an open and sincere dialogue with students, paying special attention to the proper, economical, and rational use of electrical energy, especially during the winter season.

Detailed explanations were provided on the risks and hazards that may arise from improper use of electrical equipment, the causes of fires, and measures to prevent them.

In addition, the specialists shared important information on how to act correctly in emergency situations, remain calm, take prompt measures, evacuate to safe areas, and contact relevant emergency services. Through practical exercises, students had the opportunity to strengthen their knowledge and skills on how to behave in emergency situations.

At the end of the meeting, specialists answered questions raised by the students.
