Reading Culture Tests Have Started at UzSWLU Within the Framework of the “Social Activity Index”

Based on the Regulation “On the Procedure for Grant Allocation and Redistribution for Students in Higher Educational Institutions,” approved by Resolution No. 149 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated March 14, 2025, as well as the assessment criteria of the “Social Activity Index,” reading culture tests have officially begun at the university today.

The tests are being conducted from May 12 to May 14, 2026, according to a schedule organized by faculties.

The tests are aimed at assessing students’ reading culture, reading comprehension skills, analytical thinking abilities, and spiritual potential based on the literary works they have read.

The “Social Activity Index” system is designed to evaluate students comprehensively not only by their academic performance, but also by their social, spiritual, and educational engagement.

This process is aimed at ensuring fair and transparent grant allocation, as well as further developing reading culture and social activity among students.

The testing process will continue from today until May 14, 2026.
