In accordance with paragraph 1 of Decree PF - 37 of February 21, 2024 on the state program of the president of the Republic of Uzbekistan on implementation of the strategy "Uzbekistan-2030" in the "year of support of Youth and business", young people from the Hamdost and greater Khani neighborhoods of the Uchtepa District of Tashkent City are attached to the head of the Uzbekistan State  World Languages University 

The rector of the University Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov brings news of this youth every month.

Even today, the rector of the university, together with representatives of the university leadership, went to the Mahals and received a message from the youth and shared the necessary food products with them. In the neighborhood, he also met and talked with the parents of young people.
