2026-09-30 12-16 Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University Honored with the “Excellence in Higher Education” Badge
On the occasion of Teacher and Mentor Day, celebrated on October 1, a ceremony was held to honor a group of professionals who have made significant contributions to the development of the higher and professional education system, the training of qualified specialists, the advancement of science, and the education of the younger generation.
During the ceremony, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University, was awarded the “Excellence in Higher Education” badge in recognition of his significant contribution to the development of the higher education system, improvement of the quality of education, and training of qualified specialists, as well as his effective work and professional activities.
Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation Kungratbay Sharipov attended the award ceremony. He extended his sincere congratulations to teachers and mentors on their professional holiday and particularly recognized the contributions of professionals who work with dedication in the education sector.
