Rector of Uzbekistan State World Languages University Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov met with Saint Petersburg State University Students Undergoing Internship in "Uzbek as a Foreign Language"

The meeting was attended by the following students:​

• Kadirova Ulyana Vyacheslavovna – 3rd-year student​

• Tupikina Aleksandra Aleksandrovna – 3rd-year student​

• Shcherbina Elizaveta Petrovna – 3rd-year student​

These students are undergoing an internship at Uzbekistan State World Languages University in the "Uzbek as a Foreign Language" program from March 31 to April 28, 2025. During their visit, they are acquainting themselves with university life, the education system, and methodological aspects of teaching the Uzbek language.​

Rector Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov held a sincere conversation with the visiting students. During the meeting, the students shared their impressions and provided feedback on the classes conducted under the beginner-level Uzbek language program.​FLEDU.UZ+1Узбекский госуниверситет связи+1

The rector emphasized that the university has created all necessary conditions for effective education of foreign students and highlighted the importance of them feeling comfortable within the university.​

It is worth noting that all students were met at the airport and accommodated in the university's dormitory No. 2. The "Uzbek Language" department has developed a special curriculum for them, and currently, three instructors are conducting classes based on this program.​
