On December 10, training and practical seminars for deputy district (city) khokims of the region, heads of organizational personnel groups, and candidates included in the national personnel reserve began at Andijan State University.

The purpose of the training and practical seminar organized for deputy district khokims of the Andijan region and district, heads of organizational personnel groups, and candidates included in the national personnel reserve was to develop the knowledge and skills required for the effective organization of local government and work with the population in the region.

At the beginning of the seminar, the khokim of Andijan region Shuhratbek Abdurakhmonov sincerely congratulated all participants on the 32nd anniversary of the adoption of the National Anthem of the Republic of Uzbekistan and opened the seminar with an introductory speech.

Rectors of higher education institutions, professors and experienced specialists were involved in the seminar, and the rector of the Uzbek State University of World Languages, Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov, participated in this seminar as a representative responsible for organizing educational processes of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovations. 

Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov spoke about the main tasks assigned to the heads of executive bodies in his speeches to the Legislative Chamber and Senate of the Oliy Majlis on November 18-20, 2024. He also provided insights into the news, changes in the areas, and work that needs to be paid attention to in solving the problems of the population at this training seminar.
