On December 17, the Department of Scientific Research, Innovations, and Training of Scientific and Pedagogical Personnel of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University organized a seminar for doctoral students.

The seminar was devoted to the topic “Key Aspects Researchers Should Pay Attention to When Preparing a Dissertation.” The lecture was delivered by Nuriddin Tashpulatovich Qolqanov, Associate Professor at the International Islamic Academy of Uzbekistan and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Political Science.

During the event, detailed information was provided on reputable databases used in compiling a list of scientific literature for dissertation writing, requirements for preparing an abstract, procedures for writing scientific articles and submitting them to the Higher Attestation Commission (HAC). Special emphasis was also placed on preparing conference abstracts, avoiding plagiarism in scientific research, and issues of academic integrity.

At the end of the seminar, comprehensive answers were given to questions raised by the doctoral students.
