Spiritual and Educational Event Held on the Topic “Sahibqiron Amir Temur – A Symbol of Justice and Power”

On April 8, Uzbekistan State World Languages University held a spiritual and educational event titled “Sahibqiron Amir Temur – A Symbol of Justice and Power,” dedicated to the 689th anniversary of the birth of the great statesman Amir Temur.

 

 

The event was opened by the rector of the university, Professor Ilkhomjon Tukhtasinov. In his speech, he spoke in detail about Amir Temur’s unparalleled place in world history, his activities as a great commander and wise statesman, the powerful state he established, and the rich legacy he left for today’s youth. He also shared thoughts on the significant contribution of the Timurid era to the development of science, literature, and art.

During the event, stage performances prepared by students were presented. These performances artistically reflected important events in the life of Sahibqiron, his just policies, patriotism, and wisdom. In addition, excerpts from the advice and wise sayings attributed to Amir Temur were read aloud.

 

 

The participation of military orchestras and cadets added a special spirit to the event. Through military performances, qualities such as bravery, courage, and loyalty to the homeland were promoted among the younger generation.
