Opening Ceremony of the "Rector's Cup" Competition at UzSWLU

On May 17, the opening ceremony of the "Rector's Cup" competition took place at the Center of Spirituality and Enlightenment at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

The event began with a speech from V. Sadiyev, the first vice-rector for youth affairs, spirituality and enlightenment affairs at UzSWLU. He highlighted that such competitions provide a valuable platform for students to showcase their talents.

Prominent figures participated as judges, including Tahirjon Dostmuhammedov, the head of theater figures of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shorustam Obidov, theater expert and director and chief specialist of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The competition featured performances from various faculties:
- Faculty of English Philology: "Tulips in the Bosom of Snow"
- Faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology: "Usman Nasir"
- Faculty of Russian Philology: "Chimildik"
- 2nd English Faculty: "Nodirabegim"

The students performed skillfully, receiving enthusiastic applause from their peers.
