2026-06-17 12-14 Students of Uzbekistan State World Languages University Achieved High Results at an International English Olympiad
In April 2026, the IIOE-V International Internet Olympiad in English – 2026 was successfully held at a high level, organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Döwletmämmet Azadi.
The prestigious Olympiad, consisting of two stages, brought together more than 530 participants from 16 countries. All stages of the competition were conducted using modern information and communication technologies, strictly adhering to the principles of transparency and fairness.
The final results were published on April 17, 2026, on the official website of the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages named after Döwletmämmet Azadi. Winners were awarded electronic diplomas of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees.
According to the results, 23 students from the Faculty of English 2 of Uzbekistan State World Languages University became winners of this prestigious international competition.

— 1st degree diploma: 12 students
— 2nd degree diploma: 8 students
— 3rd degree diploma: 3 students
This achievement once again confirms the high quality of English language education at the university, the competitiveness of its students on the international stage, and their strong academic potential.
Today, the university rector met with the participating students, congratulated them on their success, and awarded them certificates. During the meeting, a warm dialogue took place between students and the administration, and further participation in international competitions and future achievements was discussed.
