On January 31 of this year, the psychologist of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, Z.T. Khayrullayeva, organized a psychoprophylactic event with students residing in Dormitory No. 2. The main goal of the meeting was to psychologically prepare students for the upcoming academic activities, as well as to form and develop their self-awareness in interpersonal relationships, i.e., the “I” concept.

During the event, students received theoretical and practical information on personality psychology, self-assessment, managing emotional states, and effective communication in a social environment. Additionally, comprehensive guidance was provided on personal hygiene, forming a healthy lifestyle, and the psychological factors of maintaining health.
The meeting positively contributed to strengthening students’ psychological resilience, preventing stress, and promoting active participation in the educational process.
