Today, the university stage of the “Talent Show” competition in the category “National and Foreign Songs” was held at the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

The competition aimed to discover young talents, showcase their stage abilities, and widely promote national and world musical art. Participants impressed the audience by demonstrating their skills through solo and group performances.

Opening the event, First Vice-Rector for Youth Affairs and Spiritual and Educational Work, Valijon Sadiyev, emphasized the importance of such creative competitions in the personal and artistic development of young people, highlighting the need to support their talents and further enhance their interest in the arts.

Winners in the “Solo Performance” category:

  • 1st place — Hoshimjonova Nozima Hasanjon qizi
    (Faculty of English Philology, 1st year) — cash prize equal to double the basic scholarship.

  • 2nd place — To‘ychiyeva Nilufar Bahromjon qizi
    (Faculty of Translation Studies, 1st year) — cash prize equal to 1.5 times the basic scholarship.

  • 3rd place — Beknazarov Nurbek Qahramon o‘g‘li
    (Second Faculty of English Language, 2nd year) — cash prize equal to one basic scholarship.

Winners in the “Group Performance” category:

  • 1st place — Sobirova Nixola Botirjon qizi, Siddiqova Mahliyo Sherzodovna
    (Faculty of Oriental Philology) — each team member awarded a cash prize equal to double the basic scholarship.

  • 2nd place — Asatova Bonu Akbar qizi, Abdusattorova Maftuna Akrom qizi
    (Faculty of English Philology) — each team member awarded a cash prize equal to 1.5 times the basic scholarship.

  • 3rd place — Ma’rufonova Zuhra Davronbek qizi, Ma’rufjonova Fotima Davronbek qizi
    — each team member awarded a cash prize equal to one basic scholarship.
