Turkish Experts Explore the Educational System and Modern Infrastructure of Uzbekistan State World Languages University
On June 10, 2026, as part of the “In the Footsteps of the Ancient Word: Türkiye–Uzbekistan Language and Literature Experts Exchange Program,” members of the delegation from the Republic of Türkiye gained first-hand insight into the educational, research, and international activities of Uzbekistan State World Languages University.
During the visit, the guests were provided with detailed information about the modern learning environment created for students, the organization of the educational process, and the advanced practices implemented in foreign language teaching at the university.

The delegation first visited the university’s faculties, where they learned about innovative pedagogical technologies used in teaching, practical training activities, and projects aimed at developing students’ professional competencies.
The guests then toured the university’s Information Resource Center, where they became acquainted with modern library services, electronic databases, digital learning resources, and the opportunities available for academic research.
The delegation also visited the university’s practical and innovation centers. They were introduced to initiatives focused on integrating modern technologies into education, enhancing practical skills, and supporting scientific research.
The visitors toured the university’s sports facilities and observed training sessions in football, volleyball, table tennis, and other sports. Student sports competitions and demonstration performances left a strong impression on the members of the delegation.
The guests highly appreciated the university’s efforts to promote a healthy lifestyle, encourage youth participation in mass sports, and develop modern sports infrastructure.

The delegation members also commended the university’s educational quality, research potential, active engagement in international cooperation, and the wide range of opportunities provided for students. They particularly noted the reforms being implemented and the favorable conditions created for learning and personal development.
This visit represents an important step toward further strengthening educational and scientific cooperation between Uzbekistan and Türkiye, promoting the exchange of experience, and supporting the implementation of promising joint projects.
