Uzbekistan State World Languages University in the International RUR Ranking!

For the first time, Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU) participated in the 2025 Round University Ranking (RUR) and:

• ranked 1235th among universities worldwide;

• and secured an honorable 30th place among higher education institutions in Uzbekistan.

This success marks a new chapter in the university’s history and is seen as a clear and effective outcome of consistent strategic reforms in education, research, and international cooperation.

The evaluation in the ranking was based on the following indicators:

• Teaching Quality — 1204th place;

• Research — 1232nd place;

• International Diversity — 1178th place;

• Financial Sustainability — 1000th place.

• Teaching — 40%;

• Research — 40%;

• International Indicators — 10%;

• Financial Sustainability — 10%.
