UzSWLU — International Recognition on the Path to Sustainable Development!
(THE Impact Rankings 2025 Results Announced)
Uzbekistan State World Languages University (UzSWLU) has once again received international recognition for its achievements in the field of sustainable development among global higher education institutions.
According to the prestigious THE Impact Rankings 2025, UzSWLU has been included in the global rankings based on its work aligned with the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and achieved the following key results:

Goal 4 – Quality Education: 82.4 points, ranked 30th globally, and among the top performers in the country and region.

Goal 15 – Life on Land: ranked in the 301–400 range.

Goals 6, 11, 12 – Clean Water & Sanitation, Sustainable Cities & Communities, Responsible Consumption & Production: ranked 401–600.

Goals 13, 9, 10 – Climate Action, Industry & Innovation, Reduced Inequalities: ranked 601–800.

Goal 5 – Gender Equality: scored 60.0, ranked 201–300.

Goal 8 – Decent Work & Economic Growth: ranked in the 801–1000 group.

Goals 1, 2, 3, 16, 17 – No Poverty, Zero Hunger, Good Health & Well-being, Peace, Justice & Strong Institutions, Partnerships: assessed with significant indicators.

THE Impact Rankings is a major global ranking system that evaluates universities’ contributions to achieving the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
UzSWLU has demonstrated strong positioning not only in education quality but also through impactful initiatives supporting gender equality, environmental protection, social justice, and sustainability.
