2026-07-14 01-23 UzSWLU Delegation Successfully Completes Professional Development Program at Selçuk University
The delegation of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages (UzSWLU), participating in a short-term professional development program at Selçuk University in Konya, Türkiye, delivered a series of academic presentations as part of the program's scientific and educational activities.
The faculty members presented the following lectures:
- G‘anisher Mamatov — Modern Mechanisms of Public Oversight in the Context of Digital Transformation;
- Raxmarilla Xolmuradov — Strategic Directions for Modernizing the System of Economic Sciences in the Context of the Integration of Turkic States;
- Zokirjon Zamonov — Modern Approaches to Teaching Social Sciences and Issues of Interdisciplinary Integration;
- To‘lqin Axmedov — The Transfer of Social Knowledge from Mawarannahr to Anatolia: A Historical Analysis.
At the conclusion of the visit, commemorative gifts on behalf of the Rector of UzSWLU were presented to the leadership of Selçuk University. During the meetings, both sides exchanged views on expanding scientific and academic cooperation, strengthening faculty and student exchange programs, and implementing joint research projects.
Following the completion of the short-term professional development program at Selçuk University in Konya, the UzSWLU delegation proceeded to Pamukkale University in Denizli to begin the next stage of its professional development activities.
As part of the program, a number of meetings and negotiations are planned to further strengthen bilateral academic and scientific cooperation with Pamukkale University, familiarize the delegation with the activities of the university's libraries and research centers, and expand collaboration between the faculties and departments of the two universities.
