2026-07-09 05-36 UzSWLU Launches Undergraduate Curriculum Enhancement under the PRESETT Project
On July 8, 2026, the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages hosted the inaugural meeting of a working group consisting of representatives of the British Council and university specialists within the framework of the PRESETT Project.
During the meeting, participants discussed the revision and enhancement of the current qualification requirements, curricula, and course syllabi for the Bachelor's degree programme in Philology and Language Teaching (English) in line with international standards.
The discussions focused on updating the academic programme in accordance with contemporary educational requirements, aligning learning outcomes and assessment systems with international approaches, and identifying priority areas for strengthening the professional competencies of future teachers.
