UZSWLU REPRESENTATIVES VISITED THE ARAL SEA HISTORY MUSEUM

Within the framework of the ongoing youth environmental campaign “Train to the Aral Sea” in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, students and official representatives of Uzbekistan State World Languages University visited the Aral Sea History Museum located in the city of Muynak.

During the visit, the participants learned in detail through the museum exhibits about the former condition of the Aral Sea, the process by which it turned into an ecological disaster, as well as the dramatic climatic and environmental changes that have taken place in the region. The visit to the museum was of great importance in helping young people gain a deeper understanding of the environmental situation in the Aral Sea region.

In addition, Jasur Muxammadiyev, a teacher of the Department of Ecology and Green Resources at Uzbekistan State World Languages University, provided the participants with detailed information about the current ecological situation in the Aral Sea area, its negative consequences, and the measures being taken to protect the environment.

This visit contributes to enhancing environmental awareness among students, fostering a responsible attitude toward nature, and deepening their understanding of the pressing issues related to the Aral Sea.
