UzSWLU Students at NUUz: A Space of Knowledge and Experience

On December 22, as a logical continuation of the scientific and practical activities carried out within the Computer Linguistics program of the Faculty of English Philology No.1, another important initiative was implemented. Within this framework, lecturers of the Department of Modern Information Technologies and Artificial Intelligence — Nodira Umarova, Kibriyo Mukhammadiyeva, and Shahodat Qodirberganova — accompanied students of the Faculty of English Philology No.1 of UzSWLU on a visit to the National University of Uzbekistan.

During the visit, students became closely acquainted with the activities of the Department of Computer Linguistics, relevant laboratories, as well as the Institute of Applied Mathematics. They also had the opportunity to engage in direct communication with leading experts in the field.

As previously mentioned, a master class in Computer Linguistics was organized as part of the visit, with the participation of the Head of the Department of Computer Linguistics and Applied Linguistics at NUUz, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Nilufar Zaynobiddin qizi Abdurakhmanova.
