UzSWLU students familiarized themselves with the activities of the Legislative Chamber

On April 25, 2025, first- and third-year students majoring in Political Science at the Faculty of International Journalism visited the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

During the excursion, organized at the initiative of Senior Lecturer of the Department of Political Science F. Davronova and Lecturer Sh. Jo‘rayeva, the students gained detailed insights into the law-making process, the museum of the Legislative Chamber, the large assembly hall, and the library, which houses over 50,000 publications.

The main goal of the visit was to strengthen students' knowledge and skills regarding the role and importance of the parliament in establishing the legal foundations of the socio-political and socio-economic reforms being carried out under the leadership of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
