Visit Conducted to UzSWLU Dormitory No. 2 on Women’s Issues
On December 19, a visit was made to Student Dormitory No. 2 of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University by F. Ashurova, Advisor to the Rector on Women’s Issues, and M. Aripova, Associate Professor of the Department of Pedagogy and Psychology.
During the visit, the living conditions and interpersonal relationships of first-year female students residing in the dormitory were studied. In addition, a roundtable discussion was organized with the students on the topic “Early Marriage and Its Negative Consequences.”
During the discussion, detailed information was provided on the negative impacts of early marriage, including health, educational, social, psychological, economic, and legal aspects. At the conclusion, the importance of preventing early marriage was emphasized, including supporting the education of girls and boys, increasing legal and medical awareness among the population, conducting awareness-raising activities with parents, and developing psychological and social support services for young people.
