Visit to Amir Temur Square

Under the leadership of Rector Ilkhomjon Madaminovich Tuxtasinov, representatives of Uzbekistan State World Languages University visited Amir Temur Square.

The visit was held in commemoration of the birth anniversary of the great commander Amir Temur, observed on April 9. During the visit, the university team laid a wreath at the statue of Amir Temur, paying tribute to the great military leader.

As part of the visit, the delegation also visited the Amir Temur Museum, where they gained detailed insights into the rich history of the Timurid dynasty, state governance, military art, and cultural heritage.

During the museum tour, explanations were provided regarding rare sources reflecting the political, social, and cultural life of Amir Temur’s era. In addition, Rector Ilkhomjon Madaminovich Tuxtasinov shared insightful reflections on the life of the great Sahibqiran, his outstanding leadership qualities, and his role in world history.

This visit holds significant importance for students, fostering a deeper understanding of historical heritage, strengthening national identity, and nurturing a sense of responsibility as worthy heirs of great ancestors.
