Weekly Political Enlightenment Hour – Towards Broadening Youth’s Political Outlook!

On October 10, 2025, traditional sessions of the Political Enlightenment Hour were held across all faculties of the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.

Faculty deans, deputy deans, and tutors took part in these educational sessions and provided students with detailed information about the political, economic, and social reforms being implemented in our country.

During the sessions, the following topics were discussed:

• Recent developments in the domestic and foreign political landscape of the country;

• Presidential visits and international meetings;

• Creation of additional jobs for the population, and progressive initiatives in industry, logistics, and healthcare;

• Reviews of newspapers and news publications;

• Positive changes in the spiritual-educational sphere and the neighborhood (mahalla) system.

Students also watched video clips and news materials about the development of our country, its achievements, and its growing presence on the international stage.

The main goal of the Political Enlightenment Hour is to increase youth’s patriotism, political engagement, and sense of civic responsibility, while keeping them informed about current events.
