"Women Leaders' School" Participants Returned from France after Professional Development

Guli Ergasheva, Dean of the First Faculty of English Language at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages, returned from France after completing the international training program "Women Leaders: Leadership Potential and Workplace Equality".

During the program, G. Ergasheva gained deep theoretical and practical knowledge in the areas of leadership development, promoting gender equality, and innovative human resources management. Based on the experience gained, she plans to effectively implement upcoming scientific projects at the Uzbekistan State University of World Languages.

Moreover, this international experience set important directions for G. Ergasheva's future strategic activities. Specifically, she plans to gradually introduce scientific and practical initiatives aimed at enhancing the potential of female leaders in Uzbekistan, including:

• Establishing principles to elevate the management skills of women leaders to a new level;

• Strengthening the principles of equality in corporate leadership;

• Developing mentorship and training systems for female leaders;

• Implementing international best practices in the context of Uzbekistan.
