Youth Day

On March 12, an informational session about the military-sports competition “Heirs of Amir Temur” was held at the Faculty of Oriental Philology of the Uzbekistan State World Languages University.

During the event, Ulugbek Nazarov, Deputy Dean for Youth Affairs and Spiritual-Educational Work of the faculty, provided students with detailed information about the essence, goals, and objectives of the competition.

This military-sports competition is organized by the Center for Increasing the Social Activity of Students and Pupils under the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation. The competition aims to foster patriotism and loyalty to the Motherland among students, promote a healthy lifestyle, and widely popularize military-applied sports.

During the event, the responsible officials explained in detail the competition rules, procedures, and regulations.

Special attention was also given to the stages of the competition, participation requirements, and evaluation criteria.

The explanatory session serves to increase students’ interest in the competition, involve them in military-sports activities, and strengthen their patriotic spirit.
